The Detroit Lions announced on Saturday that offensive guard Joe Dahl has been officially activated from injured reserve and is now on the 53-man roster. To make room for Dahl, the Lions waived safety Rolan Milligan.
Dahl returned to practice last week after being placed on IR following a lower leg injury suffered in the first month of the season.
The addition to the roster comes at a beneficial time for the Lions. Detroit has already declared right tackle Rick Wagner out for Sunday’s game against the Buccaneers.
