In the lead to the Lions NFC North matchup with the Chicago Bears, the Lions made some roster moves on Saturday that could have some affect on Sunday’s lineups.
Perhaps the biggest move was CB Darryl Roberts being activated from Injured Reserve after missing the last three games due to a hip injury. This move is a big one since the Lions will be missing rookie Jeff Okudah and Desmond Trufant. Roberts has struggled this season, but this helps nonetheless.
The Lions officially released wide receiver Marvin Hall after NFL Network’s Mike Garafolo reported that the team was heading in that direction Friday night.
