ALLEN PARK -- The Detroit Lions were already turned down by the Jets and 49ers. Now they're about to Turn Down For What.
The Lions have announced Lil Jon will perform at halftime of Sunday night's showdown with the New England Patriots at Ford Field. Lil Jon, a rapper and producer from Atlanta, won a Grammy in 2005 for his song "Yeah!" with Usher and Ludacris, and added an MTV Video Music Award for his song "Turn Down For What" with DJ Snake.
This is the second time in as many home games Detroit has hosted a big-named rapper.
