Allen Park -- Three Lions players, including two starters, missed the first regular-season practice Monday.
Linebacker DeAndre Levy missed practice again after sitting out all of last week. The Lions have not specified what is ailing him, but they'll have to say by Wednesday when they release their first injury report.
Right guard Larry Warford and defensive tackle Caraun Reid missed practice, too, as they continue to deal with high ankle sprains suffered in the second exhibition game against Washington on Aug. 20.
If Warford cannot play Sunday against the San Diego Chargers, Manny Ramirez would likely start at right guard while first-round pick Laken Tomlinson plays left guard.
