ALLEN PARK, Mich. -- LaAdrian Waddle worked off to the side earlier this week. He pushed a sled. He tried moving a little bit more.

And on Tuesday, the Detroit Lions right tackle said do not count him out for the season-opener against San Diego in September -- at least not yet.
