All eyes will be trained on the health and well-being of quarterback Matthew Stafford in Allen Park this week.
The Lions’ signal caller was bruised and battered in Sunday’s loss in Minnesota. He was hit early and often and required x-rays following the game on his chest and ribs.
Will Stafford be able to play Sunday night vs. Denver?
“We’ll see,” said Lions head coach Jim Caldwell during his Monday press conference.
Caldwell admitted Stafford was "very, very sore" on Monday, and Caldwell wasn't ready to make a determination on his status for Sunday until later in the week.
