DENVER — Kerryon Johnson is officially back for the Detroit Lions, but he'll be running behind a beat-up offensive line.
Johnson is active for today's game against the Denver Broncos, one day after the Lions reinstated him from injured reserve.
He leads the team with 308 yards rushing in six games this season, and has not played since tearing the meniscus in his right knee in an Oct. 20 loss to the Minnesota Vikings.
Wes Hills, who scored two touchdowns in his NFL debut last week, is inactive for the Lions, who have four running backs healthy: Johnson, Bo Scarbrough, Ty Johnson and J.
