ALLEN PARK, Mich. -- Josh Wilson is trying to stay involved.
The Detroit Lions cornerback is on injured reserve, yet he still shows up every day, goes to treatment for his injured right knee, then sits in meetings and watches practice. He's walking pretty well, said he hasn't had surgery and isn't sure if he'll need it.
But since he's done for the year, he's trying to help along with cornerback Rashean Mathis, who is also on injured reserve.
"It's our chance to help the young guys," Wilson said. "And help them prepare for the game.
