ALLEN PARK, Mich. -- Jim Caldwell has not played "NFL Madden 17." He doesn’t know what his Detroit Lions are rated and he has no real interest in it, either.
“The answer would be no,” Caldwell said.
But he does know the video game, which was released Tuesday, is pretty popular. Many of the Lions play the game -- some more intensely than others -- and almost all end up finding out one way or another what their ratings are in the game.
Video game consoles, mostly used to play FIFA, were in the Lions locker room last season.
