Both will be back in Detroit on Sunday as honorary captains against the Steelers. But how would the two of them fare in today’s bigger, faster NFL? Current Detroit Lions coach Jim Caldwell has no question how they’d do.
“Both guys, without a doubt,” Caldwell said. “Barry, I still don’t know if there’s anybody who can match his quickness, vision and power and all of the above. And Billy Sims was incredible as well.
