It's worth late draft pick for Lions to try unlocking Johnthan Banks' potential

Earlier this season, Darius Slay sat at his locker talking about the progress he’s made throughout his career, and how traveling with top receivers was new to him.

Even though Slay was a second-round pick of the Detroit Lions with top-end speed and flashing capabilities as a lockdown cornerback, he didn’t follow a team’s best receiver in college. And there was a very specific reason why.
