As expected, Lions All-Pro receiver Calvin Johnson will play, and start, in Green Bay today.
Johnson has been dealing with an ankle injury he suffered in Detroit’s Week 8 loss vs. Kansas City. He was limited in practice Wednesday and Thursday and sat out Friday.
He told the media earlier in the week he planned to play, and he was right.
“Feeling pretty good right now,” Johnson said Wednesday. “Got a lot of good work on it and then the downtime (bye week) helps us with getting things back to feeling good.
