Has Detroit Lions fan confidence dropped after Monday’s screwjob?

Each week, we like to provide our fanbase with the pulse of an average fan using our weekly survey data via FanPulse. It’s a fun way to track fan confidence in the Detroit Lions as they work their way through another tumultuous season.

This week, it’s a little tricky. These surveys get sent out Monday morning, and, as you probably already know, the Lions didn’t play until Monday night this week. That means much of our data—assuming the majority of people filled out their survey before Monday’s game—is worthless.

The data we have from Week 7 seems to agree with that hypothesis:

Fan confidence dropped just a single percentage point, from 87 percent to 86.
