Another former Michigan State running back has been signed by an NFL team.
One day after Jeremy Langford signed with the Miami Dolphins, undrafted free agent Gerald Holmes has joined the Seattle Seahawks.
A rookie from Flint, Holmes was a valuable part of the Spartans' backfield during the 2015-17 seasons. The 6-foot-1, 231-pound running back logged at least 79 carries in each season.
The Flint Carman-Ainsworth graduate posted a one-word reaction to Twitter on Wednesday afternoon.
