As the Detroit Lions try to figure out their own issues on defense—especially trying to stop the run—one player that helped them a lot in that aspect of the game will be headed to a different NFC team.
According to ESPN’s Adam Schefter, defensive tackle Damon Harrison Sr. will be signing to the Seattle Seahawks’ practice squad.
Harrison played for a season and a half with Detroit after the Lions traded for the nose tackle midway through the 2018 season. Though the Lions signed him to an extension the following season, Harrison and Detroit mutually split ways this offseason due to a differing opinion on how Harrison fit on defense.
