Hue Jackson is really testing the old adage of "the punishment fit the crime."
Cleveland Browns wide receiver Antonio Callaway was cited for marijuana possession last week, something unsurprising given Callaway's collegiate past that included credit card fraud.
So, some discipline was in order.
But instead of benching the rookie or making him run some extra sprints at practice, Jackson opted to play Callaway, and keep playing him, in the Browns' preseason opener against the New York Giants.
"I was trying to make him play the whole game if we could," Jackson told reporters.
