The Detroit Lions don't officially have a coach yet, or a defensive scheme.
But ESPN draft analyst Mel Kiper Jr. said there are several traits the Lions' coach-in-waiting, New England Patriots defensive coordinator Matt Patricia, likely will be looking for in the defensive players he adds to the roster this offseason.
"Well, I think when you look at the versatility, obviously," Kiper said in a teleconference Thursday.
