ALLEN PARK, Mich. -- Stephen Tulloch is returning to Ford Field on Sunday for the first time since being released by the Detroit Lions this offseason, but there’s no animosity there – even after a months-long standoff from the time the club told him he wasn’t part of its plans in February to when the Lions released him in July.
“It’s just part of the business that I’ve never really been a part of, you know what I mean?” Tulloch said in a conference call. “They had clauses in the contract saying I can’t be released based on this and that and I just wanted to play football.
