DORAL, Fla. (AP) -- Miami Dolphins left tackle Branden Albert is recovering well from reconstructive knee surgery and is on schedule to play the season opener.
General manager Dennis Hickey says Albert is undergoing extensive rehabilitation. Albert missed the final seven games in 2014 after rupturing two ligaments in his right knee Nov. 9 against the Detroit Lions.
Hickey adds that safety Louis Delmas will be on the field for minicamp in June. Delmas tore his ACL in Week 14 last season.
Hickey was speaking Friday at the team's charity golf tournament.
