Dolphins regroup for overtime win over Bears after Kenyan Drake's goal-line fumble

The Miami Dolphins were a yard away.

It ended up not costing them the game, but a fumble late in overtime nearly led to a disastrous finish for the Dolphins, who eventually beat the Chicago Bears 31-28 on Jason Sanders' game-winning field goal.

After a back-and-forth second half, Miami’s opening drive in the extra period went eight plays and 84 yards to Chicago’s 1-yard line … until running back Kenyan Drake fumbled the ball before he crossed the plane when he was stripped by Bears defensive end Akiem Hicks. The ball was recovered by Bears nose tackle Eddie Goldman.
