Last year, the Detroit Lions had the best offense in football, averaging a league-high 33.2 points per game. In 2025, they are returning 10 of 11 starters on offense, while several key components of their scoring attack (Jahmyr Gibbs, Jameson Williams, Sam LaPorta) are still young and growing. Even with the loss of offensive coordinator Ben Johnson this offseason, expectations remain sky-high on offense, with even the potential to get better if those key pieces take another step in their development.
So, naturally, the focus for the 2025 NFL Draft has been the Lions defense.
