I personally feel that all things considered, the Detroit Lions did a solid job for themselves during free agency and the 2019 NFL Draft. At the very least, I feel better about this year’s moves than going into any of the past three seasons.
Glancing over the neighbors’ fence for a minute though, there’s definitely a part of me that would rather have what the Browns got.
The Cleveland Browns made several high-risk, high-reward moves during this offseason, catapulting themselves back to the forefront of NFL relevance. On the other hand, the Lions made several solid but safe moves that will likely add at least a win or two to the final tally.
