ALLEN PARK -- The Detroit Lions say they will change their offensive playcalls, but insist it has little to do with the Jets claiming they knew what was coming in Monday's opener.
They always change up the calls, and this week is no different heading into Sunday's game against the San Francisco 49ers.
"We do every week," quarterback Matthew Stafford said. "So I don't know what they thought they had. Not too worried about that honestly, to tell you the truth."
The Jets smothered Stafford in their 48-17 beat down of Detroit on Monday night. They held the 10th-year quarterback to his worst passer rating since 2012, and forced him into his first four-interception game since 2013.
