As Week 4 begins, the Detroit Lions roster is fluctuating more than they would prefer this early in the season, after placing another three players on injured serve last week, they released former-starting linebacker Jamie Collins on Tuesday.
The Lions have three players on injured reserve eligible to return to the active roster this week—Taylor Decker, Da’Shawn Hand, and Tim Boyle—but on Monday, coach Dan Campbell updated their statuses to the media, and none are expected to be brought back this week.
Additionally, kicker Austin Seibert remains on the reserve/COVID-19 list but the team made sure to protect Ryan Santoso in case they need to call on him again this week when they face off against division rival Chicago Bears.
