The Detroit Lions and Dallas Cowboys face off on a special “Monday Night Football” edition on Saturday night. It’s a battle between two of the top teams the NFC has to offer. And while the Lions have already clinched a divisional title and a home playoff game, this is a great opportunity for them to make a run at the NFC’s top seed while sending a message to the rest of the conference that they’re for real.
The Cowboys, on the other hand, need this game pretty badly. They play much better at home, so if they’re able to win the NFC East and earn a two or three seed, it would be huge for their postseason.
