Detroit Lions updates: Jameson Williams misses practice, C.J. Gardner-Johnson 'OK'

C.J. Gardner-Johnson "seems to be OK" after leaving practice with a knee injury Monday, but Gardner-Johnson isn't the only Detroit Lion who will sit out practice Tuesday.

Lions coach Dan Campbell said wide receiver Jameson Williams will miss practice with a leg injury he suffered Monday.

"He’s got a little something with his leg so he probably won’t go for a day or two here either," Campbell said. "I don’t think it’s significant, but it’s enough where he’s not going to practice."

Williams has had an inauspicious start to his NFL career. He missed the first 11 games of last season while recovering from a college knee injury and had more drops (three) than catches (one) once he hit the field.
