The Detroit Lions revealed their uniform selection for their first home playoff game in Ford Field history, and if you’re the superstitious type, it’s good news. The Lions will be wearing their all-blue uniforms—lovingly referred to as the “blueberries.”
This year, the Lions have worn the all-blue uniforms five times: Week 3 vs. the Falcons, Week 5 vs. the Panthers, Week 11 vs. the Bears, Week 15 vs. the Broncos, and Week 16 against the Vikings.
They are 5-0 in those games. Last year, they were 2-1 in the Blueberries, with their only loss coming to the Dallas Cowboys.
