The Detroit Lions are expanding their open training camp practices under first-year coach Matt Patricia, and will make all three of their joint workouts with the New York Giants open to the public.
The Lions begin training camp Friday, July 27, and will hold 12 open practices this summer.
Last year, the Lions held just seven open practices, and none after they left for joint workouts with the Indianapolis Colts and their preseason opener.
