On Monday, as expected, Detroit Lions coach Dan Campbell was littered with questions about the controversial ending to their game against the Dallas Cowboys. It got to the point where he was clearly getting tired of the topic.
“Why do you guys want to talk about this?” Campbell interrupted. “I’m not getting into it.”
It’s clear there’s some leftover frustration from Campbell after the officials identified and announced the wrong player as an eligible receiver against the Cowboys, leading to Detroit’s go-ahead two-point conversion being deemed an illegal touch by Taylor Decker.
