The Detroit Lions announced on Thursday that standing-room only tickets are now on sale for the season opener against the New York Jets on Monday Night Football.
The tickets are $49 each, and are limited to 10 per person. The team says a limited number of lower bowl tickets are also available.
Customers can get tickets at detroitlions.com or at 800-745-3000.
The Lions and Jets are scheduled to kick off at 7:10 p.m. at Ford Field. It's expected to be a busier-than-normal evening downtown, as the Detroit Tigers host the world champion Houston Astros.
