Detroit Lions sign Bucs’ interception leader at safety

When the Detroit Lions drafted safety Tracy Walker in the third round of the 2018 NFL Draft, the move figured to be a warning shot across the bow veteran Glover Quin. Those suspicions were confirmed when the Lions released the 33-year old safety just last month.

On Thursday, Detroit signed former Tampa Bay Buccaneers safety Andrew Adams to a one-year deal. That according to Dave Birkett of the Detroit Free Press. Adams was the Bucs’ interception leader in 2018, yet Tampa Bay opted not to tender the restricted free agent.
