The Detroit Lions signed rookies Will Harris and Travis Fulgham on Monday, and now have their entire draft class under contract heading into this week's mandatory minicamp.
Harris, a third-round pick out of Boston College, saw second-team reps at safety during the first two weeks of Organized Team Activities and is expected to compete for playing time in the secondary this fall.
The Lions return Quandre Diggs at one safety position and are expected to start Tracy Walker, a third-round pick in 2018, at the other spot.
