The Detroit Lions ruled running back Kerryon Johnson and four other starters out of Sunday's game against the Buffalo Bills (1 p.m., Fox).
Johnson, who leads the Lions with 641 yards rushing, will miss his fourth straight game with a knee injury he suffered in a Nov. 18 win over the Carolina Panthers.
LeGarrette Blount should make his fourth straight start for the Lions, who've topped 100 yards rushing in each of their last three games.
