The Detroit Lions ruled Darius Slay out for Sunday's game against the New York Giants because of a hamstring injury that's bothered him for more than a month.

Slay pulled his hamstring in a September win over the Philadelphia Eagles and missed a loss the following week the Kansas City Chiefs.
