The Detroit Lions made a move to bolster their running back room on the eve of training camp.
The Lions re-signed running back/kick returner Justin Jackson on Saturday, and waived running back Greg Bell.
Jackson ran for 170 yards on 42 carries last season and was the Lions' primary kick returner. He averaged 26.7 yards per kick return, fourth among players with at least 20 returns.
