Friday morning, the Detroit Lions announced they have re-signed offensive tackle Andrew Donnal.
Donnal first joined the Lions as a waiver claim after the Los Angeles Rams cut the offensive tackle during the last round of roster cuts prior to the start of the 2019 season. Donnal managed to stay on the roster for most of the year, though he was waived and re-signed in October once.
As he battled a leg injury for the first month of the season, Donnal spent most of his Sundays—11 of 16—on the inactive list.
