Da'Shawn Hand's season is over because of a sprained MCL in his right knee.

A fourth-round pick out of Alabama, Hand was one of the best and most consistent players on the Lions' defensive line all year.

He had three sacks and 27 tackles in 13 games, but injured his knee two weeks ago in the first half of a 17-3 win against the Arizona Cardinals.
