The NFL Draft is soon, but before we even get there, the Detroit Lions players will have to report for some offseason activities. On Monday, the NFL announced the dates for all 32 teams’ workout sessions, and things get started in just two weeks!
Things start out in Phase One, where teams are only allowed to run strength and condition programs or physical rehabilitation. After that, teams move onto Phase Two, which mostly consists of individual on-field drills. There is no live contact permitted during that time and no offense vs. defense drills.
