Detroit Lions left tackle Taylor Decker was speaking Sunday about the bond that has grown on the offensive line, about how much he loves playing with his fellow O-linemen, whom he considers brothers.
“It’s just fun to be able to come out here,” Decker said, “goof around with my friends prepractice and — ”
Decker spotted guard Kenny Wiggins approaching nearby.
“I know Kenny’s about to say something,” Decker said.
Sure enough.
“Goof around prepractice,” Wiggins mimicked Decker in a mocking voice.
Brothers, indeed.
