MINNEAPOLIS — The death march is on. Now, it’s just a matter of who gets caught up in the procession.
The Detroit Lions turned in another dog of a performance Sunday, losing to the Minnesota Vikings, 20-7, to clinch their second straight last-place finish in the NFC North.
The Lions, losers of six straight, narrowly avoided their first shutout since October of 2009 and at 3-9-1 are in danger of finishing with their worst record since going 2-14 that season.
