T.J. Lang missed his fifth straight practice Tuesday afternoon for injury reasons, but Detroit Lions coach Matt Patricia downplayed his starting guard's absence earlier in the day.
"I think for us, again, all the guys at this point, everything’s day by day," Patricia said. "We’re just doing everything to try to make sure that they can go out there and perform at a high level and not have any situations where we’re going to put them in a situation where they’re not going to be able to show us what they can do, or put them in a situation where they can injure themselves.
