The Detroit Lions announced three front office moves Thursday afternoon, solidifying moves following the offseason retirement of longtime senior personnel executive James "Shack" Harris in February.

The Lions promoted Scott McEwen, who has worked for Detroit for 29 years, from the director of college scouting to a Senior Personnel Executive role.
