Taylor Decker is officially questionable to return Sunday against the Pittsburgh Steelers, but the Detroit Lions will be without kicker Austin Seibert for the game.
Seibert did not practice Friday because of a hip injury that limited him earlier in the week. Practice squad kicker Ryan Santoso is expected to take Seibert's place.
Santoso, who had stints with the New York Giants, Carolina Panthers and Tennessee Titans earlier this year, made a go-ahead field goal in his only attempt as a Lion, from 35 yards out late in a September loss to the Baltimore Ravens.
