The injuries keep coming for the Detroit Lions defense. In the first half against the Chicago Bears on Thanksgiving, the Lions lost two players on their defensive line who did not return: defensive end Josh Paschal and defensive tackle Levi Onwuzurike.
Paschal left the game after chasing down Bears quarterback Caleb Williams then falling awkwardly to the ground. He was listed with a knee injury and initially listed as questionable to return. He spent the next quarter walking around on the sidelines testing out the knee, but he was eventually downgraded to out. He was replaced in the lineup with Al-Quadin Muhammad and rookie Mekhi Wingo.
