Detroit Lions quarterback Matthew Stafford missed his first game in 136 consecutive starts last week, and it appears his in danger of missing another.
The Lions veteran quarterback spent the open portion of Wednesday’s practice sidelined, swapping a helmet for a baseball cap. He did not participate during individual drills, only throwing a couple of passes in the end zone while the rest of the team warmed up.
Lions head coach Matt Patricia told the Cowboys media on Tuesday that Stafford’s status remains day-by-day and week-by-week.
