The Lions lost their third straight game Sunday, 35-27, to the Dallas Cowboys, and they lost three more starters to injury as well.
Center Frank Ragnow and defensive end Trey Flowers were in concussion protocol after the game, and safety Tracy Walker aggravated the knee injury that kept him out the previous two weeks.
Walker left early in the first half, while Ragnow and Flowers suffered their injuries later in the game at Ford Field.
