Starting outside linebacker Paul Worrilow suffered a sprained MCL in the Detroit Lions' 14-7 win over the Minnesota Vikings on Sunday.

Lions coach Jim Caldwell declined comment on Worrilow's injury at his weekly news conference Monday, but Worrilow is expected to miss multiple games with an injury that happened on the team's first defensive play.

NFL Network reported he will be out two to four weeks.

Worrilow has six tackles in four games as the Lions' starting strong-side linebacker this year.
