Golden Tate is a go for the Detroit Lions.
Tate is active for the Lions' Sunday night game against the Pittsburgh Steelers just two weeks after injuring his shoulder in a 52-38 loss to the New Orleans Saints.
Tate, the Lions' leading receiver, practiced on a limited basis Wednesday-Friday this week and said during the week he hoped to play.
"No pain, no gain," Tate said.
While Tate is in the lineup, the Lions are without No. 3 receiver Kenny Golladay for the fourth straight game because of a hamstring injury.
Cornerback Teez Tabor, running backs Zach Zenner and Tion Green, linebacker Paul Worrilow and offensive linemen Greg Robinson (ankle) and Emmett Cleary (ankle) are inactive for the Lions (3-3).
