The honeymoon is over.
All of the pressure is on Detroit Lions general manager Bob Quinn.
Quinn had an impressive start in his first year running the Lions. He revamped the behind-the-scenes staff, had a solid draft and made some decent moves in free agency, although the signing of Marvin Jones looked questionable at times when he disappeared midway through the season. Quinn improved the offensive line and overall team depth, and he was relentless throughout the regular season, searching for anybody who could help, adding and subtracting a long list of players who made up the bottom of the Lions’ roster.
