The Detroit Lions have the eighth pick in the first round of this month’s NFL draft, but if Bob Quinn has his way, they won’t stay there.
Quinn said on the RapSheet and Friends podcast recorded last week at the NFL’s annual meeting that he hopes to trade down in the first round of the draft.
“There’s really, from the late first to the third, there’s a lot of really good players in there so if I could ever move back a few spots, get a really good player in the first round and add another pick, I think that’s something that’d be great,” Quinn said.
